We think it is very simple. It is all about making things as easy as posible for you when you do business with us. No fancy dicount schemes or complicated delivery terms. With us you get your products at the agreed price, and we have fixed prices on shipping and delivery. The same principle goes for our website. No flashing banners or posh flash sequences. It is all about offering you quality products and quality service and that's it.
We have a wide selection of top brands including SANYO, DURACELL, Panasonic, Ansmann and many others. For us it is not only a question of having products of high quality. It is just as important that you experience high quality service when you chose to do business with us. This means that the website has to be easy to use, our range of products varied and the delivery carried out within the promised timeframe. If you are not satisfied with your experience of doing business with us, we have no reason to be satified either.
To make it easier for you we have made a brief introduction on how to use our website to shop with us:
1. Find the products you wish to buy.
You can do this either by using the menu on the left where all of our products are listed, or by searching for the product or model name using the search function on the top right hand side of the pages.
2. Now you can either log on to an already existing account or place your order as a new customer.
If you have done business with us before, just log on to your account using your email and personal password.
If you are a new customer, we need your: email, name and address to be able to send you a confirmation of your order and the products you have chosen to your home address.
3. Change the shipping address.
If you want to send the products to a different address than the billing address uncheck the box “ship to the same address” and type in a new shipping address.
4. Choose a payment method.
Either Dibs payment or prepayment. All items at batterycity can be paid for with Visa, Visa Electron, Eurocard, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club and JCB. All you need to do is to enter the card number, date of expiry and card verification codes (CVC) in our secure form. When the items have been shipped we will draw the amount agreed upon from your account.
You also have the possibility to register a different billing address than your standard address, e.g. If you need to change it to your company address.
5. Finally review your order, and confirm by pressing “place order now”.
It is that easy to shop with us. In most instances you don’t need to choose an alternative address for payment and shipping, but we know from experience that our customers like to have that option available to them.
